WHY MAHOGANY SOUL CARE?

Some losses need more than encouragement.

We know how to send flowers after a death. We don't always know what to do with the grief that follows divorce, job loss, church hurt, racial harm, broken relationships, caregiving, life transitions, or dreams that never came true.

Mahogany Soul Care creates space for those conversations.

Here, we explore grief honestly, faith thoughtfully, and heal intentionally—without pretending that every painful experience can be solved with a Scripture verse and a positive attitude.

A Note From Carrie

I created Mahogany Soul Care because I believe people need spaces where they can tell the truth about what hurts without being rushed toward an easy answer.

As an ordained minister, spiritual director, Christian life coach, and Advanced Certified Grief Recovery Specialist®, my work sits at the intersection of grief education, spiritual formation, and soul care.

This newsletter is one of the places where I share what I'm learning, teaching, noticing, and asking about what it means to grieve honestly, heal intentionally, and live more freely with God.
