MYSOUL Group Coaching Program
$0.00

The M.Y.S.O.U.L. Group Coaching Program is a 4-week guided journey for Black Christian Women who are ready to move beyond survival and into soulful, sustainable living — together.

Each week includes a 90-minute live session featuring grounded teaching, guided exercises, and facilitated small group breakouts designed for reflection, honesty, and integration.

Rooted in the M.Y.S.O.U.L. framework, participants learn to meet God where they are, care for their souls, overcome limiting beliefs and racial trauma, and step into aligned action.

Between sessions, members receive weekly reflection prompts and access to a private Facebook community for encouragement and connection.

Optional 1:1 add-on sessions are available for deeper support.

Groups are intentionally kept small to create safety, depth, and meaningful community. Payment plans are available. Join the waitlist for free and get notified when enrollment opens for the next cohort!

MYSOUL Individual Coaching Program
$0.00

The M.Y.S.O.U.L. Intensive is a 4-week private coaching journey for Black Christian Women who are ready for focused, soul-deep work.

This is a high-touch, personalized experience designed to help you move through what’s been weighing on you — spiritually, emotionally, and internally — with clarity and intention.

We begin with a 90-minute Soul Mapping Session, a guided deep dive to uncover patterns, pressures, and the places your soul is asking for care. From there, you’ll receive weekly 60-minute private sessions (via Zoom or in-person) that integrate spiritual direction and practical coaching. Together, we will discern what needs tending, release limiting beliefs, and build rhythms that support alignment instead of survival.

You’ll also receive voice and text support between sessions, customized spiritual practices, and a private reflection plan tailored to your season of life.

Participants will…

  • Understand the origins of the Strong Black Woman/Superwoman stereotype

  • Explore how it impacts mental health, relationships, and work

  • Consider internalized expectations around strength and self-sacrifice

  • Learn about healthier coping, boundaries, and vulnerability

  • The M.Y.S.O.U.L. Speaking & Workshop Experience brings the M.Y.S.O.U.L. framework into your organization, church, or leadership team through powerful, in-person facilitation. Designed for teams, ministries, and mission-driven organizations, these workshops create space for honest reflection, collective healing, and aligned action.

Participants won’t just listen; they’ll engage. Through guided teaching, interactive exercises, and facilitated dialogue, your team will leave with deeper self-awareness, renewed clarity, and practical rhythms to prevent burnout and strengthen leadership from the inside out.

Whether you’re hosting a retreat, leadership development day, conference session, or staff workshop, this experience equips your people to move beyond performance and pressure and into grounded, sustainable impact.

Additional Workshops

Done Hating Me Workshop
$0.00

Done Hating Me: Interrupting Internalized Racism workshop helps people notice, unpack, and challenge the racist ideas society may have taught them about themselves or their communities.  This is critical in order to address our own biases and stereotypes we accept about ourselves. We will integrate soul care, scripture, reflection, and practical engagement while addressing internalized racism through a biblical lens.

Participants will:

  • Learn what internalized racism is

  • How cultural messages shape identity

  • The ways that internalized racism contradicts God’s view of us

  • Engage in activities that help in restoring our image as God’s beloved

Don't Fake It Til You Make It Workshop

  • Increase their awareness of performative spirituality

  • Examine the relationship between faith and racism

  • Reflect on biblical teachings on justice and authenticity in faith

Sacred Joy: Reclaiming, Restoring and integrating Black Joy
$49.00

Sacred Joy: Reclaiming, Restoring, and Integrating Black Joy

Black joy is often treated as a byproduct instead of a core practice of healing, resistance, and spiritual formation.  Black joy is not a luxury—it is resistance, restoration, and remembrance.  Joy is not something we wait for.  It is something we return to. Again and again-until it becomes the way we live. Together, we will:

  • Understand why joy has been disrupted

  • Identify personal joy blockers

  • Reclaim what brings us joy

  • Leave with a clear, simple joy practice plan
